Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen and thawed blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method: 

  1. Combine blueberries, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan set over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until berries break down and sauce thickens slightly, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Serve warm.

Tip:

Serve over ice cream, granola, pancakes or yogurt.
