Ingredients: 

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1/2 cup whole milk, or non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup yogurt, plain or flavored

Method: 

  1. Mash the banana in a medium bowl until mostly smooth.
  2. Stir in the milk and yogurt until well-combined.
  3. Transfer mixture into freezer pop molds or spoon into ice cube trays.
  4. Insert sticks if using molds, or cover the tray with foil and poke sticks through for cubes.
  5. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or until fully solid.
  6. To serve, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds to release.

Tip:

Add in a handful of berries, or a few spoonfuls of fruit jam, for extra flavor and sweetness.
