Ingredients:
- 1 (7.25 ounce) box macaroni and cheese, prepared according to package directions
- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can creamed soup (like mushroom, celery or chicken)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs (like Italian-style or plain)

- Chopped fresh parsley, or 1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional, for garnish)
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Combine the prepared macaroni and cheese, tuna, soup and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Transfer the tuna mixture into a lightly greased small oven-safe baking dish, making sure it’s in an even layer.
- Bake until the edges are bubbling and the casserole is heated through, about 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until golden-brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Tip:
Substitute crushed butter crackers for breadcrumbs or top with additional shredded cheese.
