Ingredients:
- 2 cups yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup thawed frozen blueberries, or other frozen berries like strawberries, raspberries or mixed berries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Method:
- Layer half of the yogurt, blueberries and nuts into serving glasses or bowls. Top with remaining ingredients.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve and enjoy.
Tip:
Substitute a handful of granola for chopped nuts, or as an additional topping.
