Ingredients: 

  • 2 cups yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 cup thawed frozen blueberries, or other frozen berries like strawberries, raspberries or mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional, for garnish)

Method: 

  1. Layer half of the yogurt, blueberries and nuts into serving glasses or bowls. Top with remaining ingredients.
  2. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve and enjoy.

Tip:

Substitute a handful of granola for chopped nuts, or as an additional topping.
