Ingredients: 

  • 1 (15-ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup gluten-free granola or crushed rice cakes

Method: 

  1. Spoon a few tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of 2 small glasses or jars.
  2. Add a layer of sliced peaches and top with a sprinkling of granola. Repeat, until cups are full, finishing with a layer of granola.
  3. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to let flavors meld.

Tip:

Substitute canned pears, pineapple, or fruit cocktail for peaches.
