Ingredients:
- 1 single-serve bag of chips, like corn chips, flavored tortilla chips, or cheese puffs
- 1/4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken, canned chicken, or chopped lunch meat
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese, like cheddar or Monterey Jack
- 2 tablespoons mild salsa
Method:
- Gently crush the chips inside the sealed bag to break them into bite-sized pieces, open the bag and set aside.
- Place the chicken or lunch meat in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second increments until heated through (about 1 minute total).
- Transfer hot chicken to the chip bag and quickly top with shredded cheese.
- Dollop with salsa and serve.
Tip:
Garnish with additional toppings, like sour cream, guacamole, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes or black beans.
