Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Method:
- Combine blueberries, sugar and cinnamon (if using) in a microwave-safe mug.
- Combine oats, walnuts or almonds and brown sugar in a separate small bowl, and sprinkle evenly over blueberries.
- Microwave on high until blueberries are bubbly and topping is warm, about 1-2 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
