Makes 10-12 bites

Ingredients:
- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl combine oats, honey, peanut butter, cinnamon and cranberries. Stir until well-combined.
- With your hands, roll into 10 to 12 balls while pressing tightly, then place balls in a sealed container.
- Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning.
