Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 (5-ounce) cans boneless, skinless salmon in water, drained
  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
  2. Serve on bread, crackers or lettuce.
  3. Keep refrigerated in an air-tight container for up to 5 days.
